Business User Prices

CALLOUT UNDER 10 MILES        =    £5.50 

CALLOUT OVER 10 MILES          =    £10.50 

CALLOUT OVER 20 MILES          =    PRICE TO BE CHARGED DEPENDING ON DISTANCE

LABOUR PRICE PER 1/4 HOUR     =    £10.00        (£40.00 Per Hour)

OFFSITE LABOUR PER 1/4 HOUR  =   £10.00        (£40.00 Per Hour)

TRAINING                                       =    £46.00 (LAST AROUND 1.5 HOURS) TRAINING MAY BE OUT SOURCED

NETWORKING                                 =   £ Price to be charged as per site inspection (Call for details)  

Business Users

We charge between £5.50 and £10.50 for a callout depending on where you are located in East Anglia.  You will then be charged £10.00 for every quarter of an hour that passes. Making our Hourly Rate £40.00. 

If your machine requires taking away we will normally Quote a fixed price for the repair.
Warning ! At the point that your machine is taken away you must make the engineer aware of any data that you require off your old hard drive. as any data lost due to repair can not always be recovered.

If you already suspect that your PC is not working correctly. Collection of your PC can be arranged if required for an agreed price. your machine will then be worked on in our workshop and returned to you fully working.

CALLOUT
If within 2 hour of being onsite with you (and the problem isn’t fully resolved by then) we will provide you with a fixed price for resolving the issue. Its then up to you whether or not you wish to proceed with the work on the hourly rate or not. This sometime can save you money. 

Many software related problems can be resolved onsite in 60 to 90 minutes).

TRAINING

Training on all aspected of Windows O/S and Products is provided in your place of work. Prices Range from £44.00 - £120.00 Depending on the training required. This is normally carried out on a one to one basis and contains tutorials showing you all aspects of your PC. Basic Training lasts around 1.5 Hours. More training can be arranged if required.

CONTRACTS

Contracts for Business Users are made specific for the Client. A site review will be conducted and a meeting with company management will be held to determine the contract requirements. The contract will then be presented to management for approval. At which point service dates will be scheduled for the coming months.

Please Note Service dates can be changed no later than 1 week from the appointment date. If we are not informed that it is not convienent for us to attend the client will be charged the specific service charge depending on contract.
